A week off

I've decided not to weigh myself this week because I know I've had a bad week and even though I've still been exercising I have definitely eaten too much. I guess I fall back on the old justifications, I've lost 26kgs, I deserve a break which I know is crap because the only person I'nm cheating is me!

I'm going to give myself a scale break of one week just to get back on track because I know everytime I gain even half a kilo I feel the spiral of 'oh well, I've already gained, I might as well eat myself stupid' will start up. I'll just assume I haven't lost anything, hope for the best about gaining and give myself a week to get back on track.
