I was back to my pre-period weight (I couldn't help weighing myself!) three days after I started so that's good.
I'm actually looking forward to weigh in this week on Friday. I'm hopeful that it will be good news.
What bugs me is that I'd be steadily losing up till Xmas. I didn't gain any over Xmas but I also stopped losing so I basically lost about 3 weeks of weight loss which is a lot.
I'm converted on the BL meal replacement bar thingies. I'm not doing it every day but it's so much easier on the days I have a PT session in the evening. I don't really *feel* like eating when I get home after 7 but last night I had a bar and some strawberries and it was just really nice.
