Cupcake Safari
Well, I joined this community that requires you to keep your personal journal active. So in desperation I turn to posting pictures of my cupcakes. We'll see how long I can keep it up since posting on my scanlations comms is already as much as I can handle ^^
So here's my latest creations. Design comes from the book Planet Cake Cupcakes. They're chocolate cake with homemade marshmellow fondant painted with gel food colouring. I wasn't all that fussed on the taste, but I'm pretty hard to please with cake and my colleagues at work assured me they tasted good. I need more practice with painting with food colouring. I think I used a little too much and it took forever to dry and may have added a taste to the icing.
Oh, and if you can't tell they're Zebra, Leopard, Snow Leopard and Giraffe.
