Theme: Moving On
Work:
Understand at all times what I'm doing/supposed to do. Then do it. Don't sit there trying to figure things out, but basically ending up wasting a lot of time that could otherwise be spent learning new stuff.
Fitness:
Hit the gym on all required days. 4x6 reps of strength training.
Mon - Chest and triceps
Tues - 6km run (well, depends on circumstances, really)
Wed - Rear delts and biceps
Thu - Front delts and upper back
Fri - Sprints?
Sat - Deadlifts and squats
Sun - Chest and triceps
Non-work:
Friday night drinks? Possibly. Or maybe saturday night. Man U vs Liverpool? Saturday lunch.
Find a book/writing club to join. This very weekend.
Family:
Dinner. When? Transfer of money for gym membership. And 10% each to mom and dad.
