My Amazing Kid
She drew a picture of SpongeBob and I thought it to be quite the likeness, actually. How exciting that her pictures bear a resemblence to her goal. For me, it was heartwarming, to say the least.

It's been a pleasant weekend and one that built a few lasting memories I am to presume. I made my first actual step toward returning to school in readying for a more lucrative career and one in which I can hopefully feel I am making a positive difference in the world around me; Hopefully one I can feel the same enthusiasm for as the one I currently preside in. I am now registered and completed my placement tests, that put me about where I was upon entering college 7 years ago right out of high school. I don't feel bad over that since it has been years since I immersed myself in education. I could retest and get a higher score but I don't want to be placed too high being as I won't be back in classes for at least another year.
