This brings back memories of childhood Halloweens where we had to fit our costumes over our winter jackets to go around the neighborhood for trick-and-treat. It is supposed to get down to 23°F tonight and 27°F tomorrow night. Tomorrow night is the big annual Freakfest on State Street and I wonder how the students will do with their costumes.....: )
