Every so often, I would see the remains of a bird in the grass or driveway that looked like it had exploded and figured that a hawk had gotten it. Tonight I looked out my window and there was a hawk on the lawn, tearing apart a bird. I tried to take a picture but when I opened the window to get a better shot, the bird flew away. : (

This is the first time that I have ever seen something like that.
