Today I played softball. We were tied until our opponents scored 6 runs in one inning. Even the dogs of our team whimpered. Then I drove home and looked at my car's thermometer. It was 56 degrees outside today. At 6 PM in July.
But all is well because I made chocolate-covered macaroons. The chances of them being delivered to my labmates are rapidly dwindling, however. Also, there are projects in the works. Projects suited to my attention span and nerdiness level. Stay tuned.
