Thanks to Felicia Shifu. Here are the pineapple tarts done over the weekend. I must say its quite tiring to do pineapple tarts. I cannot imagine those folks who actually does this to sell! Imagine all the work you need to do. *faint*

Here is the recipe...it makes about 75 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 250g butter
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Egg
- 400g plain flour
- 1 Egg (For Brushing/Glazing)
- 600g Pineapple Paste
- Yellow Coloring (Optional)

Steps:
- Beat Butter, sugar and salt until creamy.
- Add egg and mix evenly
- Fold in the flour and mix into a dough
- Divid dough into 9g sizes. Pineapple paste into 7gm sizes (this I never follow. Just agaragar loh)
- Take one piece of dough,, roll into a ball, flatten with palm, place a pineapple ball in the center and wrap around to form a round ball.
- Shape the round ball into your desired shape and put on baking tray.
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
- Mix egg yok with 2 drops of yellow coloring and brush on pastry.
- Bake each tray for about 20 mins or until light golden brown. Cool before serve
