i wish Laura was here to see this fluffy 3 egg omelette I just made. It looks thick and delicious and perfectly shaped. The omelette was so perfectly made that the frying pan looks absoltuely clean.
I started thinking about her when I couldn't find any butter to grease the pan, I remember she asked me if you needed to put butter on a pan to grease and why...
I used olive oil (either works fine, I usually prefer olive oil because it's healthier, but I was being lazy)
I grilled some smoked turkey bacon. No grease, just smoky delicious bacon, soft and not crunchy to flavor up the eggs.
I put it in a toasted pita bread.
