It is certainly an opinion that exists. I'd argue it's less useful than a strategy for life-unfucking, at least to the type of person who might be interested. This is just chicken soup for the lucky and uncommonly cautious soul; its actual utility is debatable.

This constitutes a strategy for life-unfucking for anyone capable of deciding to follow it. No one can decide to unfuck a persons life for them, it takes constant daily effort on the part of the Fuckup.

It's preventative at best. A shorter and more accurate list for that, even, would be 1) Understand the nature of sacrifice-in-context. 2) Make no unacceptable sacrifices.
