Kaiji's back patch?

Folks, I am in need of your help.

A friend has an embroidery machine and the talent to digitize properly. I'd like to ask her to make the big back patch from Kaiji's jacket. I used to have a PNG of the patch but it's been lost somewhere.

Does anyone have it?
