Weekly Ten scans update~.
Firstly:
* Chapters 28-29 (8-turn Mahjong)
* Chapters 30-31 (first part of San-shoku Ginji)
Secondly: I zipped up the previous chapters into volume format, to make it easier for downloading for people that are a distance behind in reading. There's also cover pages included, as well as two pages of afterword by another mahjong writer that I was too lazy to translate before.

And last but not least... a youtube clip of the many ways to use the "kotegaeshi" trick from chapter 31.
