Storm chasing in southern and central Alberta

and see these gorgeous shots!!! NICE!

btw, how come you're not uploading full res to Flickr? I'm just back in Canukian lands and thought to at long last back up some shots on that site... what have you learned over the last year that you no longer do so??

Had a couple places swipe my photos for relatively prominent use, so I'm trying to make that less attractive while also still uploading large enough images for people to appreciate the photo. Hard to find a middle ground, but hopefully this is as small as I need to go. I know a few photographers that only upload 640x480 images with fairly obvious watermarking, and I really don't want to go that route.

Another reason I'm not uploading full res to flickr is sheer file size. The raw files created on my 7D are nearly 25M each!

Also, thanks for the compliment! I never turn down positive feedback :)

Ah! Thanks !

Also, regarding the compliments- your photography is incredible! Now that I'm in the land of much internet and more time, I'll get to go take a peek!

There's a fair bit up, but most of the really good shots are in galleries over at http://tremaine.smugmug.com/ :)

Also, you have an LJ message :) Not sure if you have those going to your email address so I thought I'd best mention it specifically.
