Before you call us because you cannot find the answer on a document please ask yourself the question "Can I read?"

Look at the document again and read it out loud. You may discover that in fact, you cannot read.

Because when you ask me why your case number does not bring up your case name and call our website is "retarded" "broken" and "bullshit" you better know how to read. I should have answered your question with "No, that is the receipt number. What does it say in the case number field?"
