The BBC has free tutorials for French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, Greek, Irish Gaelic and more.
The US Foreign Service Institute has free coursework (mp3s and written material in pdf format) available online for the following languages: Amharic, Arabic, Cambodian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hebrew, Hungarian, Korean, Lao, Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese and Yoruba.
