hello world, it's me, Zarozynia...
As I wandered around outside photographing yesterday in the rain and fog, I was reminded of what I know to be true: being outside-no matter the temperature, weather, or circumstances-eases my soul.
I have been in a holiday funk all week (the worst since October), and here I was, blaming the overwhelming obligations of Christmas (absolutely valid). But honestly, more than anything, due to some fuckidy weather AND the holiday madness, I am once again off of my walking schedule.
And my mental health almost immediately suffers.
So, today, while it is nice, I will go outside and huff some fresh air.
