OKAY I ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING THIS TIME FOR REAL
A LOT of the fanart links on the NPLU were broken, so I went back and fixed all of them! Sadly they were mostly for very old art so all that really came back to life is art that sucks and I don't like anymore lol. I was this close to just deleting all of it! I tried to think if I could remember any examples of neglected pokemons. The only one that came into my mind was an Oshawott that didn't evolve or progress further than 14 LV. Simply because it turned out that Oshawott could learn a lot of the necessary HMs like Cut, Surf etc. Even though they were a starter they never participated in battles after a certain point, but they were always in the team purposefully for HMs, haha.
Oh, and I also wanted to contribute to NPLU somehow and spent the rest of the day drawing a single pokemon. X) I still got so much to learn...
