As far as I can tell 逃避行飛行 basically means "flight flight", with the first flight being as in running away and the second as in... flying.

I'd render it "escape flight" myself. The first part 逃避行 is made up of "escape avoid go," and is roughly "escape path." The second part 飛行 is "fly go," =flight.

(Supported by a translation for the soundtrack of Popolocrois Monogatari 2, where one of the songs is ジルバ逃避行, Jilva's Escape.)

That works too (and is easier to understand, at any rate); I was just trying to play on the repetition of the original (it'd be read "Touhikou Hikou").
