If you hide from her for long enough (the easiest way to do this is hide in that little house at the top of the stairs), she'll go into search mode where she sends a big flock of Sliders to circle the tower looking for you. If you shoot down enough Sliders, she gets pissed and comes over to look for you herself. Wait until she hovers in one spot over the tower and shouts "WHERE ARE YOU HIDING?!" Lie flat on the ground w/full OctoCamo and she won't see you; equip your rifle of choice, scope in, and take the shot. You can get like half her HP this way.
