about full stops
just last night,
me: i am not joking with you (spoken sternly and meant it as a warning)
z : yes..mummy.. you are joking.. you see ' i am not full stop joking with you'.
this boy has 'twisted' the meaning of my sentence by changing the position of the full stop. From "I am not joking with you!" to "I am not. Joking with you." :S
