Yeah. I am expecting chaos around the country and maybe some hateful posts and letters will be sent to my home or my school. It’s Johnny’s idol we are talking about, fellas. Let me make it worst.
He is the Yamada Ryosuke. Yeah! Yamada Ryosuke. You know, that Hey! Say! JUMP frontman. That NYC leader. The youngest soloist of 21st century. He’s my husband.
I would like to make this clear. I was not the one who started it first and ended up being a Yamada. So, mind listening to my fairy tale? After this you can throw anything sharp to me. I won’t complain.
This is a tale of a school teacher by the name Echizen Alvina, who now Yamada Alvina.

24 year old Echizen Alvina had just started her first day in Inagari Elementary School in Kaifu, Tokyo. After being toured around the public school by the principal, she was then shown to her class. She was given a task as a teacher in a Remedial program class. All Inagari pupils who had difficulties in learning will be sent into this class to be taught by her. “According to your degree, your specifications are Education in Remedial program, aren’t you, Echizen-san?” the principal asked.
“Yes, sir.”
“Since our Remedial program teacher had retired last year, you are the best candidate to replace him and teach the pupils. They are a bit troublesome, but I am certain that they are also can be taught to be a bright student just like the normal students in this school. We are counting on you, Echizen-san. Onegaishimasu~.” The principal then bowed in front of her.
“Yoroshiku onegaishimasu,” Alvina bowed to the principal.
Later, the class is now hers.
Since it’s the new term, she had to restart all over again. One time she is busy preparing some documents for student requirement to enter her class. The other time she was busy making hiragana pop-up cards. To be a Remedial Program teacher, you must be hard working. All teachers are hard working, but we, Remedial teachers are need to be more hard working then them. That was her lecturer said during one of the classes back in the university.
“Yosh~” she muttered after done with her kanji paper cranes.
It has been two weeks since she started working in the school. No one does not need rest and relieve stress. No exception in Alvina’s case.
“Okaa-san, seriously? You sending this to the wrong person. Shouldn’t this belong to onee-chan? She loves this Yamada guy so much. These are two freaking tickets at the very front seat and two backstage passes,” she complained one day to her mother after she received an envelope from her sister back in Seoul.
“Your onee-chan wants me to post these to you, sweety. She will be there by tomorrow, so that you two could spend most of your times together. Don’t even dare to complain this to her. You know how she hated that,” Alvina just sighed. At the age of 24, Alvina was never exposed with things called fandom. But she is not a geek or a nerd to start with. Her sister, being a big fan of the largest Japanese boyband by the name Hey! Say! JUMP had caused her so much trouble. Five years in Tokyo University is sure an advantage to her in the eyes of her sister because JUMP always had their concert in Tokyo Dome every year. And in her hands now are two front seat tickets and two backstage passes to Hey! Say! JUMP’s Yamada Ryosuke First Solo Concert in Tokyo Dome this weekend.
Alright. This is the first time she got herself a backstage pass. Onee-chan.
She is now waiting patiently in front of arrival hall in Narita International Airport. She heard a shriek. “Vina-chan!” Oh snap! She had no time and nowhere to hide because in a second, her sister had already hugged her tight.
“Oh god, please! So not suit a 26 year old woman!” Alvina pouted. Her older sister just laughed.
“Don’t make me look like an old lady, will you?”
“You are old, unnie.” Her sister just rolled her eyes in annoyance. “I saw that. You do that again and you had to find a taxi and a hotel to stay and to bring you to Tokyo Dome.”
“Hoho. My little unnie is threatening me. Kowai~”
“Urusai yo!” She helped her sister taking her luggage into her car. “What did you bring inside your bag?”
“Is it heavy? Oh sorry, I bring Yamada-kun’s favourite kimchi. I mean, we had backstage passes right? I want to give that personally to him,” Alvina can see the shiny, blinking lights in her sister’s eyes. Sure my sister is way worse than a junior high student, she thought. “Ah, when will be the concert?”
“Tomorrow, sis. I thought you aware of that.” Alvina said sarcastically. “Oh. I forgot. You are busy imagining and creating scripts for your backstage drama with Yamada-san. ‘Oh Yamada-kun, you are choo ikemen. I like you, please marry me. We will have a wedding reception in Jeju Isla-‘OI!” her sister just threw a JUMP mascot plushie she brought from Seoul to her head.
“YOU!” Alvina could not help but laugh. Soon enough, they arrived at Alvina’s apartment. They spend the day with going shopping and buying stuffs for tomorrow. The two Echizen sisters, despite their constant bickering and catfights, they are close to each other. However, despite being close to each other, Alvina had no idea what is her sister doing in Seoul. Her sister never mentioned about it.
Finally, the day has come. The sisters are now heading to Tokyo Dome, using a limousine. It was said that the limousine are from Johnny’s and it’s for bringing those with backstage passes to Tokyo Dome two hours earlier than the actual concert. Surely the younger Echizen had no idea on this but her sister seems knew this will happen. “Unnie, why are you not telling me about this limo?”
Her sister smirked. “Well, I myself don’t know that we will ride a limo to the concert venue. This is my first time too.”
“You said nothing. You didn’t look excited after all.”
“I was shocked. Ok.” And a grin. But Alvina was sure that is not the real thing. The moment they arrived to the Dome, they were taken to the underground parking where the staffs’ parked their equipment vans. There are some staffs waiting for both of them in the front hallway. The moment they come out from the limo, everyone’s greeting them.
“Onee-chan, what is this? Don’t tell me you do know all of them?” Alvina was suspicious.
“Relaks, imoto-chan. Nothing will happen. Ok. Just stay calm and follow me.” And the younger Echizen nodded at her sister. They then were taken to the dressing room in which belongs to Yamada Ryosuke.
“So, we are here, girls.” The staff then knocked the dressing room’s door. “Yamada-san, the Echizens are here.” The sisters then thanked the staff. The moment they heard the door opened, Alvina was expecting her sister to gasp and tried to muffle her scream by hiding behind her, like usual. But, she had waited for 5 seconds after Yamada Ryosuke opened his door and no sounds coming out from her sister.
Instead…
“Ah, Echizen-san. I was expecting you to come. And you bring your sister here too!” The said idol smiled at them.
“I hope we don’t disturb you, Yamada-kun. Since, you know, there are less than two hours left before your concert started.” What a pro! Her sister talked like she had known Yamada for oh so long. The two talked and exchanged souvenirs.
“So, mind introducing me to your little sister here, Echizen-san?” Yamada threw his flashy idol smile at the younger Echizen.
“Sure. She’s Alvina, my squishy mushy only younger sister. I won’t tell you much because I told you before.”
“Before? Sis?” Alvina was shocked to hear that from her sister.
Her sister flashed an evil grin to Alvina. “Actually I had known Yamada for three years. I am working as a CEO in a venue management company in Seoul, in which the main office is here in Tokyo. The same company who bring JUMP concerts to the whole Japan and around Asia like Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand. I was the one bringing JUMP to Thailand for their first outdoor event last March. I am now handling the Korea division.” Her sister explained, in which Yamada nodded at single sentence, making the story sounds true. Well, it does true actually. “I am sorry for hiding this from you for three years, sis. I didn’t mean to do that,” she then bowed in front of Alvina.
The younger Echizen was too shocked to digest the new information she just heard. “So, the tickets and the backstage passes?”
“I swear after three years working under that company, this is my first time having two tickets without spending any penny on it. The tickets are the reward from my boss here for the success of ‘JUMP First Meeting in Thailand’. You can check my email for confirmation.” Her sister handed her iPad to her, in which she declined. “The backstage passes, only one of them is real. The one that had your name on it. It was personally given from this young man to you.” Her sister then pointed to Yamada. “I should leave you guys alone then.” She then left the dressing room.
The idol then threw his concerned look at Alvina. “I am sure that is too much for you to digest, eh?”
“Yeah. “ She nodded. Silence filling the room. “Why are you giving this to me?”
“I want to know you more,” Yamada answered. “Like your sister said, we both know each other for three years. I can see that she is so happy when she told me all about you. You might think there is something fishy in between us but, no. She may be my biggest fan but she is just a fan. A close friend. I told her that I want to meet you someday. I want to meet her source of the positive aura she possesses, that is you. She told me everything about you. She even showed me your picture. She said that you were now working as a teacher in Kaifu, right?” Alvina nodded. “I don’t like you calling me a stalker or something but I live in the neighborhood where your school located. I always saw you in the morning, being passionate to your work and when you with kids, you had this beautiful smile on you.”
Alvina could not help but to smile shyly over that compliment.
“So, while we still had an hour left before my concert starts, allow me to show you around?” Yamada then took Alvina around Tokyo Dome, showing her the preparations and equipments that will be used for the concert. The moment when she was too impressed and in awe after looking around the venue, that was the best moment in the idol’s life.
I am so certain that I fall in love at a first sight.
An hour later the concert started. Yamada was putting every effort to every performance during this one hour concert. The Echizen sisters are too enjoying the performance during the concert. At one time Yamada threw his flirts and blew some flying kisses to Alvina’s direction in which the said girl blushed madly later. Her sister just smirked upon seeing that moment.
It took few days and three concerts throughout that month for Yamada to confess and to propose the young teacher to be his. Before the fourth concert started, Yamada was sitting helplessly in his own dressing room. His concert guest for the day, Chinen Yuri sat next to him. “Are you nervous?”
“Yeah. But that’s not because it’s the last day here.”
“You nervous about proposing Echizen-san,” Chinen stated. “Ryosuke, we had practiced for this a lot of time already.”
“I can’t bear rejection, Yuri.” Yamada stated. “What if she does not like it? I can’t bear being humiliated in front of thousand fans, since I’m doing this during concert.”
Chinen sighed. “What I know, Ryosuke-san. This girl will be your wife. I am certain of it. I am responsible with my words. If you failed, you can have me break up with Kojima-chan. That is all.” He patted the idol’s shoulder.
“God, Yuri! Why are you saying like this?”
“Because I failed to get Ryosuke a wife and like it or not I am the first JUMP member to get married this year.” Yamada smacked the JUMP’s princess’s head lightly.
“Baka~” He get up after being called by his stage manager. “I promise you, you won’t break up with Kojima-chan.”
Chinen only nodded. He was really certain that Alvina will not reject Yamada.

“Echizen-chan.” Yamada turned off the mic and his portable mic. He then fished something from his pants’s pocket. The whole portion gasped when they saw Yamada kneeling down in front of Alvina, with a box of ring on his hand. “Echizen Alvina. From the first time I heard about you and then be able to see you in person, I knew I already head over heels to you. You are everything to me. I knew one day I will be happy if I fall for you. Will you let me love you, protect you, care for you and live with you for the rest of my life?”
For the first time ever Kyocera Dome is so silent like being hit by an earthquake. Everyone was anticipating for the reply from the young girl.
Yamada cleared his throat nervously. Even so, a glint of confidence still present in his eyes. “Let’s make it short. Will you marry me?”
Alvina could not help but to cry in happiness. “I will marry you, Yamada Ryosuke-kun.”

Yamada started to get off the stage and go to the audience. With his limited eyesight, there’s no way he could find his dream girl in the crowd. His girl who captured his heart from the first time after hearing about it from her sister. His future soulmate. His future mother for his kids. His future teacher.

Upon hearing that, everyone who attended the concert began looking for the girl Yamada was looking for. Not until the spotlight flashed upon a portion far behind the stage. The place where Alvina and her sister were sitting.
“Eh?” the young girl shocked upon seeing that. She even shocked when Yamada was seen walking to her place, still holding a mic. “Yamada-kun~”
“Echizen-chan.” Yamada turned off the mic and his portable mic. He then fished something from his pants’s pocket. The whole portion gasped when they saw Yamada kneeling down in front of Alvina, with a box of ring on his hand. “Echizen Alvina. From the first time I heard about you and then be able to see you in person, I knew I already head over heels to you. You are everything to me. I knew one day I will be happy if I fall for you. Will you let me love you, protect you, care for you and live with you for the rest of my life?”
For the first time ever Kyocera Dome is so silent like being hit by an earthquake. Everyone was anticipating for the reply from the young girl.
Yamada cleared his throat nervously. Even so, a glint of confidence still present in his eyes. “Let’s make it short. Will you marry me?”
Alvina could not help but to cry in happiness. “I will marry you, Yamada Ryosuke-kun.”

“Yay!” I saw the kids smiling happily after he said that. While ushering the kids to go back to their own class, I went inside my class to see him.
“So, Yamada-sensei, would you like to invite me again to your class?” his flirt acts never change. I smiled while helping him put the guitar back to its bag.
“Only if they behave. You know how they are, honey.”
He nodded. Remedial kids are special. He understands that. He himself loves kids. “When are we going to have one, angel?”
I smiled at him while hugging him. “Someday.”
Yes. Someday. I’m happy this way. Happy together with the celebrity of my life. “I love you, Yamada Alvina.”
“I love you too, Yamada Ryosuke.”
