Back by popular demand, a brief update on my life.
This past Friday I took the GRE. I scored decently, I think. Grad schools will tell me what they make of my scores. But for right now, that part of the process is done. Next is applications and pinning down programs where I think I would be happy.
School is going well and I'm trying to put my nose to the grindstone and not fall behind in classwork. I've been learning how to lindy hop and working on my recital repertoire.
Recent concerts include Stars, Shapes & Sizes, and Yeasayer. Stars and Yeasayer were very enjoyable and I would see them again. Shapes & Sizes was only mediocre. They need about 3 more years of touring to tighten up their sound.
To confirm recent rumors, I am dating someone now. His name is Chad. We haven't defined any sort of relationship, but are just trying to get to know each other and take things very slowly. We're both in a rather transitional sort of state right now so there's no telling what tomorrow holds.
