The Butterfly Effect
Chad and I saw The Butterfly Effect last night...holy cow, what an awesome movie. I suggest it to anyone to see it. Unlkess you don't like being shocked, cuz I definitly pull my knees up to my chin a few times.
We also saw Big Fish today, and I really would've enjoyed it, it if hadn't been for the baby sitting in the row behind us. It laughed, it cried, it screamed...and Mommy dearest refused to take him out of the theatre until, oh, the last 40 minutes of the movie. man was I pissed. That and the kid sitting to my right would.not.stop.moving.
Oh well, I guess I better get used to the fact that this is not NY. Cuz that behavior would NOT be tolerated in NY.
So, we're trying to adopt a dog. There's an ad in the paper for a Lab/Dalmation mix, Female for adoption, and I swear to you, I cannot get a hold of this woman to savemy life. I've left her a message this morning, and I even spoke to her grandson, but this woman is impossible to find. We're just hoping that the dog is too much for Grandma to handle, and isn't old. We'll see.
