I adore this fic to a degree that might be considered unhealthy by some but McDanno fans won't have a problem with it :)

I love that Danny has to work so hard at maintaining his composure around Steve and that Steve is so determined to get their issues out in the open.

And I love how angry Steve was when he thought Danny was cheating on his family with him and in between buying a snowglobe and eating ice cream, they were finally able to make amends to each other.

Continued excellent work on this fic :)

Especially the last part of this chapter, eating ice cream, was oh-so-much fun to write. And, you know, someone who lost his parents at a very young age and was separated from his sister for a long time might be even more sensitive to the issue of a guy willingly betraying his family. (Of course, Danny doesn't know that yet.)

Quick comment to say that I'm really enjoying this fic, without ever having seen an entire episode of the show. Also, please please keep the typo in this chapter - "home coked food" just gave me pleasing mental images of accidentally high!Danny and Steve.

Alas, I can't watch the show since I'm in the UK. Bravo has the rights to show it here, I think, and since I don't get that channel I'm stuck waiting until it comes out on DVD. My bandwidth is useless, so downloads are out.

I got sucked into reading fic since someone pointed me towards an Oceans 11 crossover, and I got addicted to ranty!Danny. It's serving as a stopgap!

But on the upside of UK tv, we got new Doctor Who last night - granted only five minutes, but still... :)

Oh, but that's awful! Seriously, you work on a bandwidth so low that downloads are not an option? Because I guess it will take a while for the DVD to come out...

An Oceans 11 crossover? Oh, do share, please! But yes, ranty!Danny is just wonderful. He's what drew me into the show in the first place. Also, he calls Steve "babe." *g*

Several people have tried to make me watch Doctor Who, but, well. I don't know, the plot doesn't sound very appealing. Maybe I should give it a try...

(By the way, just wondering, you wouldn't be in any way connected to the Calico who was active in Lotrips, right?)

I love that Steve is so upset at the thought that Danny is cheating on a family, and I love that Danny is so upset at Steve's seduction of the the mademoiselle. And Steve helps shop for a gift for Grace but really it's to remind Danny of the op, and Danny keeps it! They are so smitten!
