This story was written for help_haiti, although I guess that help_chile would be just as appropriate. However, I think that most of the Haiti donations were not tied to a specific cause, so I’m convinced that Chile will profit just as much from the amazing, incredible result of the fandom fundraising for Haiti. As such, this solely and entirely belongs to purelyironic.

Sorry, this took longer than 10 minutes.

Anyway, poor, poor Mary, but an ingenious way of "dealing" with her, making her the center of the mystery and making Holmes indirectly resonsible for her death. (No hard feelings, I quite like Mary)
Love Watson hitting HOlmes on first sight and how much movie!verse this is. Love how they're both trying to keep the other from their bad habits and failing. And as always your wonderful writing :)

I like Mary, too! But it's actually (book) canon that she dies while Holmes is away, and that Watson moves back in with Holmes. So why not make some sense of that?!

And *I* heard it was worse in the southwest. Well, I'm in a city anyway so not too bad. And since I'm home with a cold no cutting up trees and pumping out cellars the whole night either.

Well, I know they cancelled all trains and flights in Frankfurt, so... Let's say Hessen was worst? Because here, it was really quite harmless! But then, I didn't leave the house that day. *g*
