Notes, References and Thank yous

Thanks as always to9tiptoes-alpha reader, beta reader, friend and confidante, who always challenges me to improve my writing, and without whom this story would be full of strange Australian words that no one would understand. As per usual, I tinkered…a lot…after the final beta read. Any remaining errors are my own.

Thanks for including the link to Matthew Vines page, I actually tried to google the book you mentioned and didn't find anything but after reading the notes I went through the page and I'm glad you included it.

I'm delighted that this story made you go in search of the book! Of course that book was just a figment of my imagination, but as you learned from the notes, it was inspired by Matthew Vines and I wanted to acknowledge him as an important source. I also thought it was important to link people to the statistics on homeless queer youth so that people would understand that those tragic figures were real and NOT a figment of my imagination! :)

Apologies for the evil cliffhanger! :) Yes, there's a sequel in the works, but it's only in the early stages atm...

I'm on chap 5 but wanted to owlet you know that I am lobbing your story. I love how innocent Jared is and how Jensen tries to help even while kicking himself for wanting to help. They are so cute together.

On your AO3 page, you mentioned starting a sequel, how is it coming?

I just finished. Wow! Great scene at bar. Love the connections between the characters.
