Recipe for vegetarian loners who don't like to cook.

This was what was left in my fridge before I set off for my weekend in Canberra tomorrow. It turned out pretty ok.

Spagetti (timer set to 10 minutes)

One small Zucchini sliced up and fried in squeezy garlic and oil.

Add half a tin of kidney beans and two teaspoons of pesto.

Add together in a bowl, parmesan or whatever cheese you feel like on the top.

MMMMhmmm.
