Ahhh, so true Universe, so true. That's why my friends be so crazy, sexy, and cool :)
Today I am HURTING. I've been working out uber hard since Monday. I have gotten totally out of shape and it's clear now. I used to do this crap every day of the week and now I'm about to die after 3 days. I never really stopped exercising I just slowed down a bit. I'm thinking about starting to do step class on Mondays and Sundays.... which should be exactly what I need to melt the lbs again.
I was SO happy to have my little giraffe Glenna back with me for Body Jam. That class ROCKS... and having her there rocks even more. It's nice to have my "fidness buddy" back!
Tonight I'm going to workout for an hour or so and then come back to the house and clean up. Steve's Aunt and Uncle are coming over tomorrow night and we have to be presentable :)
Wow... I'm not very interesting today am I? I guess that's what happens when a fitness schedule takes over your life. It's kicking in slowly but surely and I'm uber excited about feeling as great as I did once upon a time not so long ago. *bounce* I can do it!
