There's a couple of different varieties of this, and I have to admit I forgot to try mine last night, but I know I'm not a big fan of chamomile, which is in this stuff. I got the vanilla version, which still has chamomile in it, but hopefully the vanilla masks it a little bit.

It's good stuff. It has mint notes and I think some catnip in it too. Great to have an hour or two before bed. We buy the k-cups for the keurig.
