This weather, my job and other random happenings.
Whoa, this weather is absolutely ridiculous. I can barely stand it. I just sit around the house all day in boxers. Anything else will cause me to sweat and smell more than I ever have before. I can't wait for fall. This winter, I'm seriously hoping to get my CASI with JP and then work at Snowhawks. I missed out on tons of snowboarding last year and hopefully JP can help me out and we can shred some more together. I fucking miss that kid.
I've got work at 6 today. I'm counting down the days. I finish the 26th. The day after is my real treat. I trek to Burlington to see Modern Life is War, Champion and Betrayed play at the Formac. I have no idea how to get there but there's no way in hell I'm missing it. I'll be spending money again and lots of it. I fucking love hardcore shows.
Last night, I saw Blacklisted play at Sneaky Dee's. Great show. My first time at Sneaky Dee's too. A really nice and fairly large venue. I don't get the whole 19+ thing. Why can't they open it to all kids and wristband the kids who are over 19? I luckily got in and enjoyed a very good hardcore show. Sadly, Blacklisted's short was WAY short. I don't know why.
Tomorrow will be awesome. I'm looking forward to it. Sunday will be awesome. I think I'm going to miss Wakestock. No big deal, both bands I want to see are playing in the next couple of months here again anyways. BANE is coming back, Ted Leo is coming, Pretty Girls Make Graves are playing and Converge is coming. There are a bunch of amazing shows coming out. This widget is going to make me updating livejournal a much more frequent thing. I love Mac Os X.
