So there's proposal for a new city ordinance that you can't leave your vehicle idling for more than 5 minutes (if occupied) or at all (if not occupied). Naturally people are in various states of a tizzy over it (as they get over every ordinance that comes up--there could be one for 'no shooting at children in strollers' and people would complain).
