"More like Taxffachufettf"
So for those of you who don't read my twitter feed (or missed what I had said), I'm going to Israel for work tonight. I'll be there a week. I found out on Wednesday from my boss that the project that I thought I wasn't working on anymore... Well, I'm back on it. I have to go to Israel to do what needs to be done and since it needs to get done in a week, well, I'm going right now.
This means I miss this weekend and next weekend and everything in between. This also meant that I had to move all my stuff to my new apartment yesterday. Thanks to my friend Emily and my brother it was relatively painless. Though since I don't have a Cambridge parking permit yet, I can't keep my car there or park there overnight. \o/
Right, for those of you who didn't know, I'm moving to Cambridge. That's pretty much it.
I've been working for a company called Clicksoftware for about 4.5 months now. It's interesting, though they often don't give me enough work to do. I guess I shouldn't really complain about that now since they're shipping me 6000 miles away to do work.
I guess my real problem is that I'm going overseas when I don't really have a home at the moment. I've never really lived in my parents' house in brookline, I don't live at BCoS anymore and I don't live in Cambridge yet. I'm... in between everything right now and it's really disconcerting to leave the country when you're not really sure what you're coming back to yet.
So... yeah. That's it. That's where I am right now.
