So, if you want to, like, know what I'm doing, or reading, or the things that I'm angry about, I would suggest heading over to Twitter for the time being.
My LJ posts are usually an accumulation of things that occur during the day. Twitter is ideal for me, even if I sometimes feel the restraints of 140 characters, in that I occasionally long to express myself more clearly than possible through this medium [without spamming everyone with ten or more consecutive messages.]

So. What have I been up to?
- First, there was #amazonfail. If you don't know what that is, you can ask or google, but I'm feeling too lazy right this second to hunt down any of the links. Also, AUGH. Still angry.
- Then, university started again. Spent the better part of the day hunting down the exact dates and times for all my classes, which are sadly irregular this semester. But! I have a Digital Media seminar, which is basically about Photoshop! And there's the History of the Book seminar, which promises to be interesting.
- The first volume of Death Note: Black Edition finally came out, and lo, it is awesome.
- I might have the slightest tan. It's a miracle!
- I kind of hate that Tweetie for Mac does not recognize ♥. Also, it's slower than the Firefox plugin, which is saying something.
- I'm 53 books away from cracking 2,500 books over at LibraryThing. Considering the fact that I have yet to enter almost all the books upstairs, the books in the office(s), and the books in the library, that's .... not a lot. A lot? Jury's still out.
- Ordered first six volumes of the Hikaru no Go re-release. It's so pretty! YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS FOR ME TO RESIST TEH SHINY.
