Gangrel Lawn Darts (yes I know Gabby was not 'grel but she is now)

Jimmy was a pretty good pilot.  Not as good as Ruiz but he kept the helicopter steady inspite of the wind.  1000 feet above the marshmallow, Ruiz started having second thoughts.  What if her mouth was writing checks she couldn't cash?   She stepped out onto the legs, carefully hanging onto the side.  Ruiz had made short distance jumps before but always with a bungee or a chute.  Looking back at Johnny and Gabby was no comfort as they were just as crazy as she.   Ruiz maneuvered her body to dangle below the helicopter.  She had an instant realization that she was totally out of shape and out of practice.  Not able to back down, Ruiz let go, letting her arms shoot up high and her middle fingers fly high.  The familiar rush of falling made it worth it.  The marshmallow came closer and closer.  Thinking she needed to adjust her position, Ruiz instead threw herself into an ackward position that would make her neck vulnurable.  Overcompensating, she turned over onto her back and landed very clumsily.  This was a lucky drop. Ruiz climbed off of the marshmallow screaming obscenities with laughter and excitement.

Ruiz adjusted the marshmallow while filling it back up with air.  Even though she wasn't quite finished yet, she saw Gabby jump out with enthusiasm.  Right away, Ruiz could tell she was going to miss her landing if she didn't do something quickly.  At a higher altitude, she would have the time to adjust but not this time.  Ruiz was starting to grab the marshmallow but it was too heavy.  To her surprise, Johnny bullet-ed out of the helicopter to help Gabby.  His speed was too strong and he threw both of them too far off course to help.

Gabby was a horrible mess with broken bones.  Johnny had managed to meld half of his body into the earth.  The two took a moment to mend their bodies.  Knowing Johnny was the kamikaze, Ruiz concentrated on her friend.  "Gabby, are you ok?"
"Yes but FUCK?!?" the small form replied.
