Now What?

I've finished the Twilight saga after only a week and a half. Yes, the entire thing. Although I'm quite impressed with myself, the experience has left me with the inevitable "now what" syndrome. It always happens after ripping through a really good book or series, I often wish that I hadn't been so quick about the process and had drug it out longer. There is no doubt that more literature will be just as worthy and fascinating in the future, but I do feel an immediate sense of loss and fear of the next few books I will read. How can they ever compare? The same thing happened after I read Orson Scott Card's Ender's Game series and Marion Zimmer Bradley's Mists of Avalon. There have been a few more to be put in this "up on a pedestal" category but those are the ones that stand out from the years.
*sigh*
Guess it's time to go back to my mindless chic lit books. Up next: The Scandalous Summer of Sissy Leblanc.
