So, I was washing my hair listening to my shower radio, and out of nowhere, the radio man said this is the Gin Blossoms, they have a new album coming out in August... Did I sleep for 11 years or something? I thought they pretty much fell off the face of the earth. It was just funny, because I felt like I'd warped back in time to 1996. And honestly, for not hearing them for 11ish years, they don't sound much different. Sorry, I just thought it was peculiar.
So I'm leaving Thursday for Scotland. :D I can't wait. I'm working a double today, 2-9 @ Agape, then 9:15-7am @ BCS. I kind of want my August bills paid before I go, so I don't have too much to worry about. So far I've paid 7 or 8 of my 10 bills. Woohoo.
I got to sleep in today because the person I go to for counselling was sick. I am sad she's sick, but it was so nice to get some extra sleep, especially since I was up so late last night. I'm anticipating the arrival of the new Flogging Molly CD in the mail sometime soon. I really wanna hear it!!!! Ryan came back with Rose. That's awesome. He's probably like my 3rd best friend, because it's Colin then Rose, then Ryan. We hung out a lot the last few months, so I'm glad he's back for a few days. I'm hoping to have Rose and Ryan over Wednesday night to watch a movie, and hang out before I go to Scotland. Really strange how that border guard just let him in.
Tomorrow we're having a cookout/going away party for my parents, because they're moving 14 hours away.
Dang, I finally am forced to grow up. lol. It will be weird not having them close by to help fix things, etc. They are actually moving while I'm in Scotland, so I decided we should have a party before I go.
