Well they should realise we do let the dog out everyday and we keep it locked during the day for THEIR safety. Our dog has jumped over the fence before and has run into other people's backyards. ALSO IT HAS NOT BEEN LOCKED UP ALL IT'S LIFE. We only started when our dog jumped the fence! If they send one letter or go into our property again (yes they destroyed our flowers T-T) we have to take legal action. (: *sniggers*
