...my head stops throbbing.
A couple long days, and a head banging shelf (shelf banging head?) means that I missed a couple workouts. I also, went very light on those dinners. The result? My weight started to go up. Weird. I'm not trying to lose/gain weight, but that little OCD in me can't pass something that measures without checking it out. Which translate into, "Hello, Mr. Digital Scale." Wait a sec! It's a new scale and the old one was a kg light! Never mind, my weight is exactly the same.
The workouts are going very well. I've added Legs into the mix. My knees were messed up, and as a result this last year has been at a walking pace. I can't run without reimbursing myself, but light weights with increasing reps seem to be ok so far.
I've also extended the length of my workouts and up the weights. No extra soreness, which is good. Actually, a little less soreness, which is odd. I've never been into seeing how much I can lift/press/pull, but I am getting stronger, I can see that.
The other day I was looking at ties for work, but couldn't find a simple non-shiny solid colored tie. The guy standing next to me said that a lot of big guys like solid colors. For a moment I was wondering why he said that, then I realized that he had included me in the "big guy" category.
I never ever see my self as big. I am short, with short fingers, small hands, short stubby toes...wide shoulders, a thick chest, a thick waist, thick thighs, a genetically enhanced but, a thick skull, and about 20-30 lbs more muscle then most people think. I have to remember that Big, does not equal Tall.
