The train up is over. My workout has increase by 20-30 minutes. I meant to stop at a twenty minute increase, but those extra ten minutes were calling me.

With spring upon us, and summer (simmer?) ahead, Afghanistan will be a country where water balance will have to be carefully managed. Don't get dehydrated. Don't retain water unnecessarily. Healthy. Balance. Oh, and kick some ass with the workout.

While back in the US on emergency leave someone took video where I was in the background fooling around with my ukulele. I heard the mistakes, yet it still sounded good to my ears.

I don't think I'm up to formal music study here. A chord here and there, though... I just have to let the music out and play (some more). ;-)
