Click to viewScrew restraining my excitement and withholding judgement, I cannot wait to see this. On casting alone this movie wins. And the action looks pretty solid. Even a revelation that the story sucks will not keep me away.
Besides, I've loved this series for so hard and so long that it'll take more than one disappointing adaptation to change that. But I really, really hope it won't disappoint.
Speaking of casting... Kaoru/Takei Emi looks better here than in those released photos, Sano looks fine but it's still hard to tell, no Yahiko yet, and then Megumi...And yes, it seems my faith in Aoi Yuu is paying off. I admit I did expect her to look just a touch too girlish for Megumi:
