Work has been so crazy lately that I couldn't even find the time to complain about it but it doesn't matter because I just watched. Chiwa Saito. Dub Homura. LIVE.
Made my year.
Oh, she was incredible. Sweet, bubbly lady. Then when she dubbed that scene in episode 9, the one where Homura violently interrupts Kyubey's and Madoka's conversation...She went from emotional to cold within the same scene, and I got goosebumps. It was just awesome. There was one bit where she was talking and they accidentally played a sound clip with "Sis Puella Magica!" followed by Kyubey's voice, and she yelled "Kyubey ga iru!" That was cute.
And Atsuhiro Iwakami (Madoka's producer, who was actually there to talk about Fate/Zero) made a short appearance and confirmed that yes, the movie trilogy is happening, and then he'll be rushing back to Japan to work on that. So if anyone was still in doubt...Horse's mouth, right there.
Okay. Exhausted now. Pics (maybe?) later. I'm horribly sleep-deprived and I'm gonna try and get some sleep before rushing back into the madness of Anime Festival Asia 11.
