So, I've been kinda burned out on writing lately. This is not the crisis it seemed like last time, because this time I actually saw it coming. I'd been pushing chapter five pretty hard lately, chapter six has been reforming--and the rest of the main storyline of the Zanpakutou Chronicles along with it--and I kept picking up new fandoms and reviving old ones in the midst of this. So. Burnout was pretty unavoidable. I haven't even tried writing anything for three or four days now.
Naturally, the muses are getting belligerent. The Ukitake muse has been pissed at one of the Byakuya muses for almost a week now. I mean, full on wrath-of-god-is-for-underachievers level of pissed the fuck off. O_O How the hell did this happen? Scratch that, I know how. Sort of. It's all kind of jumbled up, but I think...he got offended because Byakuya was being callously dishonorable and didn't seem to be aware of it? Yeah, something like that. Anyway, he's decided that he's going to get to speak his piece, and I don't get a say in the matter. So, I have to sort everyone out for that fic, preferably before they drive me all crazy. Then there's a Fairy Tail fic that I've got all the pieces of already written, I just need to assemble, edit and polish. And knowing that it could be finished but it isn't is like an itch that I can't scratch. It just bothers me. Add to all that the fact that Konzen wants to be written, and he's getting impatient.
*throws up her hands* I give up. I'll be back to writing by sometime tonight, I think.
