Dear god I'm lazy...
Wow I've been putting off posting for awhile... damn laziness. That and I've been wondering how to tell people something.
The Brian you all know and love is being deployed. I'm leaving near the beginning of September and shall be gone for 4 months. I'm not too sure how much contact I'll have with the outside world but I'll try my best to put out notices every now and again that I still exist, probably pictures. Of course the odds of something bad happening to me where I'm going are pretty slim but my mother's still going to be worry her head off about me.
On the plus side when I get back I should have a nice little chunk of monies when I get back. Is it a bad thing if I'm planning out my vacation before I even get back or have the money? *shrugs* Bah I'm gonna do it anyway. Give me something to look forward to when I get back. I'm planning of course the standard trip back to Cali to show people that I do in fact exist first. I know my family will be especially looking forward to that. Then I'm planning on a super happy fun trip to Disney World. That section doesn't have too much ironed out just yet since I can't get accurate quotes for next year just yet but that should be a good old time, and this time I won't have any annoying emotional problems to get in the way. The last section thus far "planned" out is for Christmas. The Gray side of my family is planning on going to Hawaii a week before X-mas. Woooo! I'm also debating whether or not I should think about going to Otakon next year... *shrugs* so yeah those are my current plans for '08. They way things are looking it's probably going to be an awesome year.
Hasn't really been much else been going on with me. Finished up crappy shift in the damnable ACCC and went on a slightly informative training TDY. Saw The Simpson's Movie, hehehe hilarious. Ummmmm.... *think think think* That really it aside from getting ready for my deployment that I can think of... damn short term memory.
