I don't understand why....
if your a cosmetology student, attending cosmetology school, why would you not have your cosmetology supplies with you? you've got to be completely stupid, or just plain ass lazy and have no intention of doing any services on clients. and even if that were the case, your fellow students would let you borrow what you need without a problem.
so there should be no excuses.
