Dom, I'm asking that you please don't send legions of gnomish rouges after me. I didnt MEAN to sleep through the alarm, causing you to have to get up and shut it off yourself. See what I mean about self control? I woke up when it shut off...that's how I work. After living with seven siblings, its takes SILENCE to wake me up. Odd, neh?
Anywho, it is now the day before Holloween! Of course, since I've been working, I don't have a costume, or the day off. Curse you, life. Curse you with a fiery passion. Anyway, I'm sitting here at work, looking at this dude who dressed up as Captain Morgan. Tried to give hima hug, too, but he ran away. Oh, I'll get him yet.
I was gonna go pirate this year, but I never got around to doing it. I mean REAL pirate too, the full nine yards. Hey, I have the hair, why waste that? Besides, I think I'd look damn cool brandishing a cutlass and pistol, becoming scourge of the high seas. Something to do on the weekends.

Two days...one and a half, really...then writing madness ensues! Hopefully, I'll get some quality stuff done. I need to start outlining tonight, I might even start while I'm here at work. But others have shown interest in the novel idea, at least...hopefully I'll do it justice. A small spoiler for those who actually read this much of my LJ - it has to do with dragons. In modern times. Mind-boggling, no?
As I said before, all NaNo writing will be here. Each day, along with a normal, public post, the writing that I have accomplished all day will be posted. The post will be Friend-only, which means I must have you as MY friend. Leave a comment on this post to be added, if you aren't already. I'm not very picky, and any feedback would be great!

So that's basically it for the moment. I'm at work, taking calls and troubleshooting people's DSL connections. It's not a bad job, really. Good money, and fun people work here. I just do it too much...42.5 hours a week. Well, it pays the bills. Until tomorrow, or even later today!
