can be the most annoying and trying things ever.

I swear she does half the things that bother me just to be difficult. Not even a three year old can be that stupid. It is not that hard to blow your nose! & one more thing... If she tries to resort to "temper tantrums" because of your rules, don't cave!!! It's annoying, and frustrating, and LOUD.... but don't give her what she wants. Put her in her bed, or on the couch. Explain that she's not hurt so there's no reason to scream and cry... when she calms down you will be happy to talk to her about it, but not until then. Be stern, but kind... you don't want to feed her fire either. Then walk away. After a few minutes, she'll realize you're not coming back and calm down. (What's the use in having a temper tantrum, if no ones paying attention?) When she stops crying go back in and ask her if she's ready to talk. If she is, then explain nicely why you did whatever you did. The more honesty you give her, the better... even when they don't completely understand it, they'll detect that you have a good reason and are doing what's best for them.

Hope this helps!! Feel free to ask me any questions any time, or to give me a call when you're having problems. I've worked with kids all day long, for about 10 years now... so there's not much I haven't seen! ;-)
