Wedding rant
RANT STARTS: So... feeling a bit like I've been swallowed whole by wedding plans. You know, since it's... 19 weeks and 4 days away (about 5 months) and we haven't gotten ANYTHING done. Jason wants to get married this year, which is all good and fine, but planning takes time and I'm the only one doing any right now (Ok, he found a possible wedding site). Eloping, not telling anyone, and planning a Reception for NEXT year sounds very tempting.
I thought I found a pattern for a wedding dress, but my mom (who's help I'll need making it) says it "doesn't appeal" to her. I don't know if that means she'll be less likely to help me or not. I know it means she'll be less happy about it.
TheKnot.com supplies a check list you can edit. I've edited it down a lot, but the list for this month (4-5 month countdown) which it says I should finish by July 14th, is LOOOOOONG. 47 things on it. All but the last one have little purple exclamation points next to them. :RANT ENDS
