Used Car - Part 3

Despite my earlier setback, we resumed our search today. My dad and I dropped my mom off at goodwill alone at her request while we went to the Power group which... owns like 600 used cars across 12 lots in the state? It's a neat network and they work cooperatively between all the different brands and stuff. Best of all, one of the sellers was a former co-worker of my dad. Thankfully that took all pressure off and made conversations easy to manage.

Still, it's clear that I'll have to step outside of my comfortable price range to get a used car... but the power group applies for financing across like 500 banks instead of just one, including ones that specialize in helping people with their first time car loans.

We looked at a few things on the lot on Commercial Street but I was discouraged by the prices. We went inside and checked the full inventory and went out to check cars on two other lots, two on Market. One had apparently been damaged on lot by someone test driving or something, the other wasn't there. Then we went back to go get my mom because we knew she couldn't do too well on her own and it had already been a while.

He gave me his card which had the web address and I searched the inventory from the leisure of my own home. I came up with three options, but I think my favorite is at this link.

It isn't as ideal as the Mazda 3, but that's so far out of my league it isn't even funny. So this will have to do. My only question is

WHY MUST EVERYTHING HAVE FAKE WOOD?!

car loan, car troubles, car, chevrolet, used car, power auto
