The U. S. Postal service does not deliver to my house, but rather to a central location... a Postal Rotunda. Yesterday I decided to walk the 3 mile round trip to get my mail... and I met some new friends along the way.

I've had several very close encounters with deer since I moved here. Recently I looked out the kitchen window and there were 3 out there. I opened the door and walked out slowly... I was with in 6 feet of them... they didn't seem to care at all that I was there and talking to them.
